Alison Lea has spent most of her career building and supporting technology incubators across the Prairies, including North Forge Technology Exchange, North Forge South, and Co.Labs. Between building her own startups ventures and supporting others, she is familiar with entrepreneurial burnout and how it can affect every aspect of your business and personal life.

Unable to find balance and avoid burnout, Alison pivoted to focusing on a whole health approach and working with an organization that embodies just that. Within her current role at Saskatchewan Blue Cross, Alison develops tools and solutions for business owners, their employees, and all Saskatchewan residents looking to pivot to a whole health approach.
